Most garden centres comprise different retail areas and a cafe/restaurant. Our ProEPOS software provides dedicated retail and hospitality interfaces to suit the location of the individual terminal.
Even within different sections of the store, individual POS terminals can have different screen layouts to suit the needs of the specific counter where they are located (such as the farm shop, garden supplies, etc).
We also offer self service solutions too, with cabinets produced from a substainable source.
Our systems support the issue and redemption of HTA gift cards both in the retail and hospitality (cafe / restaurant) interfaces of the software.
Both ePay and EML issued gift cards used by the HTA gift card scheme are supported.
Gift card activity is fully reportable.
Centres can also issue their own in-house gift cards through the EPOS.
A fully featured customer accounts facility within the POS screen provides a wealth of features:

In addition, ProEPOS provides a delivery and call-off feature for managing and tracking stock that has been purchased but not yet taken by the customer.
ProEPOS integrates with the Green Solutions plant database, containing thousands of plant descriptions, care instructions and pictures.
Simply right click a plant, or selection of plants, in the product file and select to "populate plant info". ProEPOS intelligently matches the plant record by name and downloads the relevant information for the plant and an image (where available) ready to use for staff reference, to print on labels or to upload to the store's website.
Our EPOS systems can produce barcode labels for retail items without a barcode, plant pots, etc along with shelf edge tickets and plant passports.
Direct thermal, thermal transfer, desktop and mid-range printers are available to suit the type & volume of labels being printed.
The EPOS will also print to standard, full-colour A4 printers.
A powerful, built in loyalty scheme provides great flexibility in how points are awarded and how/when they can be redeemed.
Supports both earn-as-you-spend and periodic point rewards. Bonus points days for different customer types are also supported (eg. double points for OAP's on Wednesday).

Orders are printed on the till receipt printer and are automatically imported into the sales transaction data on the EPOS system for reporting and stock control purposes.
