WholesaleLink

The WholesaleLink module for SimplEPOS transforms the EPOS system into an immensely powerful stock management tool.

Providing a link between your EPOS system and your wholesaler (any of the above - and the list is growing!), WholesaleLink provides:

• Downloading of regular (often daily/weekly) product file updates
• Uploading of purchase orders (for delivery or collection)
• Downloading of electronic delivery notes

With the minimum effort, your EPOS system stays bang-up-to-date with products, pricing and barcodes; this dramatically reduces the amount of time spent manually maintaining your product database.

Your stock management and handling is also transformed and streamlined. Orders placed on the system are uploaded automatically to the wholesaler. Your order is then picked and packed and either delivered or set aside for collection. On receipt of your goods, an electronic delivery note is sent down to the system and your stock levels automatically adjusted. There is no longer a need to manually process stock deliveries received from the wholesaler! With full reporting capabilities you can easily reconcile invoices and credit notes.
